Terms of Service
Please note: all clients will be upheld to this standard
Section 1: Payment and Slots
Payment will only be taken through PayPal or Kofi. I require 50% of the payment after completion of the sketch, and the other 50% after completion of the piece.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.You will be asked to pay within two weeks of piece completion, if you do not pay at this time the piece will be scrapped/repurposed and you will be blacklisted from my services.Clients will be given a slot at the time the order is placed. They will be notified when this slot moves and be able to monitor it through my Trello.If I reach out and do not receive any response for 1 month your slot will be considered forfeit and depending on the stage of the piece, you may be blacklisted.
Section 2: Extras, Deadlines and USage
All art is subject to a complexity fee of 5-10 USD at my discretion. If I believe that the design is complex enough to warrant a complexity fee, I will discuss it with you before accepting your commission.After I begin on your slot it will take me 1-2 months to complete your piece. This time represents the absolutely maximum amount of time the art will take. If there are any unexpected delays I will reach out to notify you and art will either be discounted/refunded.You are not allowed to feed any of my art into a generative AI platform, distribute it commercially, use the art as an NFT, claim the piece was your own, or make any major edits or alterations to the piece.Any breaking of these rules will result in a permanent blacklist from my services.

Design TOS
I do not allow trade-locks.
Before major alteration of my design takes place I request to be notified!I will not colorpick from other designs, copy or heavily reference other designs or use other designs as reference. I also will not take aspects of another creators style.I will create designs off of moodboards, text descriptions, irl images and pre-existing sketches
If design is traded off-site (toyhou.se) please notify me. I also ask to be authorized (or given a key) so I may always be able to see where my design is.
